Tracking International Orders
All our packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. For countries that offer postal tracking, 45 days need to pass before I can refund and file a claim.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR COUNTRIES THAT DON'T OFFER POSTAL TRACKING, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED.
Custom and personalised orders
If you order more than one bracelet with an incorrect size, we only accept returns on one bracelet, one time as we cannot resell returned bracelets. Please measure your wrist size prior to ordering.
Initial Bracelets are not returnable due to the customization.
SHIPPING DELAYS & Lost packages
The USPS mail is running very slow causing many delays. I will ship your package on time but cannot guarantee the delivery date. Priority mail is being delivered quicker but still not guaranteed.
