Tracking International Orders

All our packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. For countries that offer postal tracking, 45 days need to pass before I can refund and file a claim.

Hice una orden y la cancelé porq pensé q no me llegaría a tiempo. Horas más tarde volví a hacer la orden. La vendedora me escribió diciéndome q la había cancelado y que si todavía me interesaba realizar la orden. Le dije q la había cancelado porq no me iba a llegar para la fecha q la necesitaba. Pero,… que le pedía a Dios que me llegara a tiempo. Cómo quiera, que si llegaba a tiempo o no, como quiera iba a hacer la orden. Sólo oraba a Dios para que llegara. La vendedora fue súper comprensiva y extremadamente atenta a mi preocupación. Me dijo q la enviaría al día siguiente. Se tardó 3 -4 dias en llegar. Estoy súper feliz. This is beautiful leather. I usually get the kind that has thin strips around a cotton cord but this is more interesting, more pliable and holds its shape. Just waiting for my fastener.
