-Please note the size you order will be the inside circumference of the bracelet when it is closed, not the total length of it. It is important to measure your wrist to ensure a proper fit.
MEASURING YOUR WRIST FOR AN ACCURATE BRACELET SIZE
STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurement or a strip of paper where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
STEP 3: To find your comfort bracelet size, just add your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below.

The USPS mail delivery time is very sporadic these days. While most packages arrive in a short period of time, some packages are delayed. We don't put in a lost package claim until 14 days after the package is sent. Then we have to wait 30 days before being reimbursed by USPS. So we don't resend or refund any lost package for 45 days after the package is sent. 99.7% of all our packages have arrived even if delayed. All our packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. For countries that offer postal tracking, 45 days need to pass before I can refund and file a claim.
