All our packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. For countries that offer postal tracking, 45 days need to pass before I can refund and file a claim.

I love these clasps! Excellent quality, simple stainless steel that will never wear out or tarnish. The magnets are very strong, plus they lock too! More importantly, they are easy to use! When you glue the leather to the clasp, use Loctite Superglue GEL. It lasts, and won't drip all over. Also make sure your lock bump lines up with the hole it goes into when gluing. Otherwise you will have to twist your bracelet to line up to open and close. They have drop dead gorgeous leathers here in beautiful colors, all well made to last! Excellent quality, fantastic customer service, and I can't say enough good things about this shop. Highly recommended.
